Hi Baiju,

You need to verify if you have your mail correctly configured:

-Make sure that the reverse DNS entry at your Internet Provider is in place and is it correct.

-Check the SPF records in place in your public DNS.

-Verify if you are generating spam.

Your email server may have been blacklisted. If you can find out the IP address of your server, go to http://network-tools.com/ and do a blacklist lookup. You'll get more information there.
