MS Access How can I filter my time input datasheet project drop down by the select employee drop down?

I have a project/task sample database attached. The form frmEmployeeWeeklyInput includes a datasheet of projects and a Select Employee drop down which filters the projects below. How can I have the Select Employee drop down also filter the Project drop down in the datasheet below (only display projects assigned to the user listed in the Select Employee drop down). You can assign employees to projects using the  form frmPojectInput.

See attached sample database.

I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Add a Combo named cbProject, then use the AfterUpdate event of the Employee Combo to filter both the Subform and cbProject:

Me.cbProject.RowSource = "SELECT ProjID, ProjName FROM tblProjects INNER JOIN tblEmployeeMulti ON tblProject.PROJID=tblEmployeeMulti.EMPMULTIPROJID WHERE tblEmployeeMulti.EMPMULTIEMPID=" & Me.Combo1.Column(0)

I may have some misspellings in there, but you get the gist.

Also, I'd STRONGLY encourage you to name your controls using intelligent names. Instead of "Combo 1", for example, you would use "cbEmployee" or something of that nature.
