"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

If I remember correctly the ML 330 G6 has 3 fans. 2 in the front, 1 in the back.
Make sure all fans are working.

Try re-seating your fans.  Have you added any new hardware or removed any old hardware; e.g. - expansion cards.  If you added, try removing the card(s) (NOTE - Make sure you replace the expansion slot covers).  If you removed, did you replace the expansion slot covers?  Are you providing adequate ventilation?  Do you have any of the cover(s) removed?
