Mac OS deleted from domain after disjoin

Hello,,

Usually after I dis-join windows computer from domain I can find it in AD, but after dis-join Mac OS I saw it as deleted computer,
Is it by default like that or ...., also is it possible to keep Mac OS in AD as computer object  even it disjoined from domain.

thanks.

Do you have AD recycle bin enabled?

You can use it to restore the computer account

#a42392684 is correct. Exact same experience except people usually enter load Admin to remove then cancel the second prompt -OR- do not have computer object rights in AD
