The Pro9000 was never designed as a monochrome printer and unless you switch it to greyscale you'll always get some dye leakage giving the effects you describe. &nbsp;If you switch to greyscale and then get no output for a monochrome document then you do have a hardware issue.<br />

What do you get with Nozzle Check &gt;&nbsp;Print Check Pattern?
