Outlook 2016 in Office 365 - Client side rule will only work manually.

Apply this rule after the message arrives
sent to NetOps
and with Your scheduled custom report in the subject
and on this computer only
run Project1.SaveAttachmentsToDisk

Fails to run when email arrives - no problem running this if I run the rule manually.
Cached off and on
renamed rules file
renamed ost file
no joy.

Is the client rule setup for a shared mailbox? Not your own mailbox in your mail profile?

That is correct.
Outlook Folders
Embedded (I think) snip of Outlook folders.

NetOps is shared. The emails are in the NetOps Inbox.

Client rule setup of Outlook 2016 for a shared mailbox will only run if you run the rule manually.
