is Adobe flash required on Exchange servers ? and also the business reason behind it
Hi,
it is installed and has security vulnerabilities so i need to know whether is can be removed or if there is a business requirement to keep it.
Could you please assist me on this.

You shouldn't need it. Most likely came along with the Desktop Experience feature.
If you remove that feature you can still add the standard desktop icons by using:
"%Systemroot%\system32\run
dll32.exe"
shell32.dll,Control_RunDLL
desk.cpl,,0
