Creating 365 account

We have internal 365 admin and also cloud 365 to great new accounts
When I create new user I assign @ourdomail.gov.UK and then to into email accounts and tick save automatically to transfer it to @ourdomain.gov.UK however it doesn't change it to our domain.gov.UK address. I used to be able to doit but don't know what has changed to prevent me?
It needs to change this to great the account

I got it resolved myself it wasn't going into the correct container in ad so wasn't able to pick up person
