how to delete/reset stuck VM in vSphere 6.5?

none of the power options are accessible using the vSphere client. I tried to come up with solutions using ssh and powerCLI but I wasn't successful ...

so how do I remove/reset a stuck VM?

I haven't tried any of these ... will they have an impact on the running of the other VMs?

I don't know ... I just noticed it was stuck. Oh, wait, I'm just noticing that another admin had started an OVF export that didn't finish for some reason ... I've canceled that task and now everything is running fine again. Sigh ... sorry for bothering you ;)

Those options will NOT affect running VMs
