how to pass through variables from an access 2016 form to create an html email in outlook 2016

I would like to use a button in access or an event that will generate an html email using some of the values entered by the user on the form.  I am not sure if this is possible please let me know.

To create an HTML email you'll have to use something like Outlook Automation. Patrick Matthews has an excellent article on doing that (including a sample database):
