What are some iPhone apps that can be installed on a (non jailbroken) iPhone X with iOS 11.1.1 to prevent iOS upgrades?

1. just don't click ok
2. use your firewall to block mesu.apple.com and appldnld.apple.com

I really doubt something like this exists.  I could be wrong, but here's why I think an app like this doesn't exist.

Apple would most likely never approve an app to be available in their app store that would advocate blocking/preventing their own updates.  For example, if there is a security update that needs to go out to phones and they allow an app in their store that blocks said update, then that seems like a liability issue for them.  Their iOS software license agreement seems to show me that having some kind of app that does what you're inquiring about would go against this agreement.  I don't see it explicitly stated in this agreement, I skimmed it of course, but nothing indicates to me that this type of app would be allowed.

Agreed. iOS is working in a sandbox manner and no app can interfere with the system itself and Apple will not allow such app to be listed in the app store.

Even if you use MDM, you cannot prevent iOS update automatically. MDM is to centralize update only and push the update to the supervised iDevices.

The only way to prevent automatical iOS update is to fully use the internal storage, i.e. if your iPhone is 64GB version (usable 55GB), if you use the internal storage up to 52GB, no iOS update can be made automatcially as there is no available space to do the update.

Ha!  Yeah, forgot about that.  Such a good point to just fill up the storage and it can't update do to the space usage issue.
