Exchange 2016 storage location size

I got a question regarding the size of the storage location of my Exchange Server.
Currently i use a local disk with a usage of 500GB, but i dont know why it is that big.

I got 44GB of Installation files, logs, junk. Database size is 123GB. AvailableNewMailboxSpace is 70.28MB.
-> {Get-MailboxDatabase -Status | select Name,DatabaseSize,AvailableNewMailboxSpace}

How is it possible to verify that the Exchange database file is causing this Usage?
Is offline defrag necessary?

Key data:

Server
Windows Server 2016 1607 (Build 14393.1914)
Exchange 2016 v15.1 (15.01.1034.026)

Don't bother with an offline defrag that will cause an outage, just create a new DB and move all the mailboxes to it.  Once that's done delete the old DB and enjoy all the new storage space.

Hey Jose,

thanks for your Script!
It shows me 369GB of Logs...

I guess its generally a good Idea to disable circular logging again?
These Logs are automatically delted when i do a Backups with the WindowsServer Backup solution?

Thank you!
I guess disabling circular logging via owa is equal to your suggestion?

They are similar, stopping the service "Information Store" also will dismount and mount the DB again.

Btw I converted your answer to a new script...
It's here: https://gallery.technet.microsoft.com/office/Enable-CircularLogging-In-beaaa3bd

If I'm not aware of the increase of storage consumption I would just let it on. just need to change the "$true" for $false in the script in line #3 from the answer  a42394988
Thank you again for your answers.
Worked fine, im im looking forward to configure exchange logging now.
