Is it possible to recreate this page on a Wordpress Theme?

I created this site https://effinghamministorage.com/prices/

I would like to recreate the site with Wordpress.

I signed up for a beginner wordpress course on Udemy, the guy overstated the software's usefulness, but that said in 7 hours I will know the software and how to add themes and create pages.

I would like to redo the above site with Wordpress. I think the only thing I'll want to keep the same is that page.

I know HTML5 CSS3 PHP JavaScript and jQuery. So with those I can take a course on Wordpress plugin development and recreate the above page?

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

That should be straight forward to do in WordPress as it's really just basic HTML and CSS along with some javascript to show / hide the various elements. You should really need to develop a plugin for it.

Create a new page in WordPress containing all the same html as your current page. Add the correct CSS to your theme's CSS files, enqueue the BootStrap JS (and probably CSS) and you should be good to go.

Yes. Either use static HTML as Chris suggested or you can use this free plugin.

Easily done in WordPress.

Actually wouldn't even need to change the code within the page to make it run.
