The problem can be power supply or Motherboard.
I've seen RAM issues and video card issues cause this problem too.

It can be just a faulty power cable or a loose connection.
use a vacumm cleaner to remove dust.
Test your RAM modules one by one.
Check the thermal paste and CPU heat sink. remove old thermal paste and apply a drop on good quality.
re-seat your Display adapter.
Try another Power Supply.
or you need to replace Mother Board.

Before disassembling your computer:

I would definitely check the EventViewer -> System what was causing the blackouts.

Download Open Hardware Monitor to see if there isn't any temperature raise (CPU or graphics card).

I would open Task Manager and Open Hardware Monitor, run several apps, open more YT videos, just perform a load test and see if there is anything abnormal. If CPU or GPU temperature is high, I would check if the CPU, GPU fan is rotating and if there is a problem with a thermal paste.

Please let us know about measured temperatures.
