Where can I obtain a good tutorial on power shell scripting. Also where can I obtain canned scripts

If you are willing you pay (or can squeeze a lot out of a free trial) CBT nuggets has a great powershell tutorial suite.  It's how I got started:

Google is your friend when looking for scripts.  just search for a description of what you are looking to acocmplish.  usually you get hits from this site, SpiceWorks, serverfault, etc...

Another good resource for scripts is the MS Technet Script Repository.  They have scripts in other scripting languages as well, but you can filter by just PowerShell.
