exchange , backup

we are getting below error when we run full back up from commvault.
incremental are successful.

“[CsExchangeShadow::BackupFile]: Error reading file \\?\GLOBALROOT\Device\HarddiskVolumeShadowCopy109\DB\kE.DB06.edb”

vssadmin list writers shows no issue

You should post the error message from the Exchange server's event log as well.
Switch the Exchange database experiencing the issue to circular logging, dismount, re-mount. Switch the setting back, dismount, re-mount.
Run backup.
