Outlook Sent mail being moved to Sender's Junk folder

A client is running Outlook 2016 on hosted Exchange Server.

E-mails they compose and send should normally retain a copy in the Sender's Sent Items folder.

But some end up being moved by Outlook into the Senders Junk folder.

The e-mails are received OK by the recipient.

Can anyone shed any light on this behaviour?

Thanks

Whitelist the sender's email address in the Junk Mail Settings (includes blacklist and whitelist).  This should alleviate the problem nicely.
