that is your megaraid card driver.  What raid level have you setup and are you using enterprise drives? Using your raid utility any drives showing as failed or failing?

I'm using RAID 1 SSD Enterprise drives.  No Drives are showing as failing.  No errors in the UI.  I replaced and then removed the drive on Port 1, I am suspecting that the card is failing...

The failure use to happen once every couple months, it's now failing every few days.

Reset to device, \Device\RaidPort1 does not imply drive on channel 1, just raid card 1. Windows is getting annoyed that the card took too long to return data from a request so it resets the card.

Do you have the latest drivers installed? Is there 3rd party monitoring software installed, that can sometimes cause this event.

Drivers were at rev 17, updating to 18.  May take a couple of days to determined if it fixes the issue.
There appears to be no other monitoring software installed.

No more failures, looks like the latest drivers have resolved the issue.
