Active role service  is on front end web server.once again not working.   He instability of the application is causing delays in Employee account provisioning activities

how long DC hold logs, is there any way I can check

Well, It usually has a fixed size (every log), so the time will be set by how many events are generated daily in each category.

you can use this:

and use the option -days 1850 (this will query the last 5 years of the log) obviously it won't be there all the 5 years just to check the oldest registry on Application, system and optionally in the  security log, this last take more time to be queried.

Error was 0x34 (Unavailable) (Active directory response: The server is unavailable.).  Exchange Active Directory Provider will attempt to reconnect with this domain controller when it is reachable.  

what can be the reason for above.

Check if ipv6 on both servers (AD and exchange are enabled) pls.

my active role server which is installed on front end web server went down for few minutes I see above error

there is no change in ipv, but could be the reason
