Yes it would overwrite existing data, it will always be the same number of columns but the number of rows will vary. &nbsp;I wanted to insert it at the same specific cell each time, showing 5 columns to the right of the insertion point and various rows below.

Sorry - meant to say if it was to overwrite data in a different table. The query should be ok to refresh data in the existing dataset.

Yes I thought it would be ok too. The problem is I have Excel 2013 and it works fine, but when I log onto my clients 2016 version it doesn't work. &nbsp;I get the 'Query results cannot overlap a table or XML mapping' error message .
