VOIP Packet Captures and Wireshark not working

I am attempting to troubleshoot our VOIP calls with packet captures and wireshark. Unfortunately, when I choose Telephony->VOIP CALLS, there is nothing displayed. I definitely testing captures during 2 test phones calls and insured protocols are enabled but still nothing. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Try following the video below for tracking VOIP with Wire Shark. The people who responded said it worked (I use Comm View)

Well, that was not too helpful. I can capture traffic all day but when choosing VOIP calls from wireshark, shows me nothing. I have insured correct protocols have been enabled. Lost here...

I use Comm View (tamosoft) for this so maybe consider Comm View.

Thanks John. Do you know of a formula to setup an alarm for high jitter on a call?

No, I have not seen a setting like that.
