Actual Office 2010 license count from KMS server

We are getting ready to upgrade Office from 2010 and I need an accurate count of the total number of Office deployments we have from our KMS server.  I've tried searching for the correct command but nothing I have found actually tells me how may deployments of Office the KMS server has licensed.

If I run "cscript slmgr.vbs /dli all" from my KMS server it has a lot of information;
Current count: 10 (this is not it)
Total Requests received: 26487 (this is not it)
Requests with License Status Licensed: 26291 (this is definitely not it)
blah blah blah
Nothing relative to the actual license count.

Does anyone know how to get what I need?

Thanks in advance for the help!!

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Unfortunately you can't get this information from KMS server. The maximum current count will be twice the activation threshold, or 10. So it will not tell you the exact number of licensed office 2010 installations. For this you would need some inventorying software I think.
