Show Current Item Contents in Workflow Email from Sharepoint List

Hello Experts,
Any of you know a way to print all of the new item's contents/columns in a workflow email? For example, I have a project request form with a lot of columns and my requester would like all of the new item's request to be included in the email to avoid having to go to the sharepoint site to see the contents. Any assistance is appreciated.

Using a SharePoint designer workflow you can add items to the body of workflow emails. (The value of each column can be included in the email.)

When you add an email in a workflow, towards the bottom in the lower left corner of the windows you will see a button that can be used for adding column values to the mail.

Thank you, I was hoping there would be a shorthand way to print the item in the email.
