Check Scanner Will not Install

I have a check scanner that I am trying to install on a Windows 10 64-bit company.  The program that I need to install is PassportWebClient and as part of that program the drivers for the scanner are installed.  The program will install, but it gets to the end, where it should install and I get an error "The installation has aborted" and it does not install the drivers.  I have a Windows 10 32-bit machine that allows installation without a problem.  So, my question is, is there anyway to somehow figure out a way to install the program as if it was on a 32-bit machine?

I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

No. You must get a 64-bit driver from the manufacturer to install it on 64-bit Windows. PassportWebClient is from NCR:

You should contact them to ask for a 64-bit driver:

Thanks Joe.  I figured I would give it a shot, but clearly that does not work.

You're welcome. Let's hope that NCR has a 64-bit driver for it.
