Office programs won't save to the root of C:

OK. Most of it is Windows 10 and is by design but I have a user that insists on saving Word and Excel files to the root of C:. You can copy files to the root of C: (with a warning about permissions) but Office programs like Word and Excel flat out won't let you do it. I am guessing that might be a setting in Office. Anyone know?

Yes. I told them it wasn't a good idea to save things in the root of C: anyway. This guy is an administrator of his local computer and if you look administrators have full permissions on C:. You can copy files to the root of C: (Excel files, Word file, Adobe files, etc.) You just can't "save as" in any of the programs. I was hoping it would be something simple.....

It has been a while since I played with it. When first going to Windows 10. Something sticks in my head that it was easier to make the user a member of the "TrustedInstallers"? Where can you see the "TrustedInstaller" user or group?
