Run-Time error '3163' in VBA code

I receive Run-Time error '3163', in VBA code which has worked in the past, see attached file.

Check data types, values, length ect ...

When it stops at that line go to the Immediate Window via Ctrl+g and type ?len(rstemp.Fields(t)) and press return. If it says that it's more than 100 then that's the problem.

Oh, and BTW if you click the little "mountain scene" icon next to the CODE icon, you can easily attach pictures, which make it easier for us both.
