Sharepoint - Upload files fail and stuck : error unknown

Hi,

I have an interesting problem, we are working on sharepoint 2013 and sometimes, we have an unknown error with random PDF  or PPTX or whatever you want;

 dzd.JPGWhen we want to upload this kind of file, upload get stuck for 30mn and give us an unknown error.

  erg.JPG(translation: Sorry, for some reason this document couldn't upload. Try again later or contact your administrator. )

Btw our limitation is 2gb and the files that we upload : 3-8mb... Timeout in IIS is increased to 1200 (tried 120...)

I have no log... I'm a bit lost...

I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Sorry.

IIS 7.5 , Windows server 2008 R2 datacenter, x64. Sharepoint 2013 with last CU.

I tried every thing mentionned on your first link and this is not fixed, (already googled it btw).

On the second link, I just tried the "Chunk part" but this is not a size problem, cause for example my .pptx is only 8mb!

Solution found :

https://www.saotn.org/the-length-url-request-exceeds-configured-maxurllength-value/

Just increase IIS query string.
It seems that Sharepoint create long URL on random files, don't know why. I increased to 12288 o and it's working!
