Connection refused while connecting to citrix gateway
Hi,
When we are trying to connect to citrix we are getting
This site can’t be reached
citrix.ephs.ealing.sch.uk refused to connect.
Try:
Checking the connection
Checking the proxy and the firewall
ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED
It was working and since this weekend it is not working at all. How do I trace back where the problem is and where do i start?
Thanks
Arpit

Did you installed latest roll up pack? If not try to install the same as same has been addressed.
Lets keep it cool in here with installing updates :X could be anything.
Can you connect by ip address?
What happens when you ping that hostname?
Is this for internal or and external use?
Try and connect from a free internet connection like a 4G hotspot or card. This is a good test if your trying to test external connectivity.
You should also have monitoring on this stuff for this very reason.

Was it working?
What, exactly, are you trying to connect to? Is this a CAG, a NetScaler?
Are all the certificates and chains in place and up to date?
As already asked, can you connect to it internally or is it purely external?
What is it, what have you done, what - if anything - has changed etc?
