Windows Server 2016 - Which tasks were running @ time

I found some event ID 4625 (An account failed to log on) with logon type 5 on my server and I am trying to find the source of that error.

Is there a way to list all the tasks that were running at a specific time? Maybe a Powershell script.

Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Exactly what I was looking for and much simpler than running a script!

I can now tell that I had no task running at that time.
