Windows 10 - 3rd party password changer

I am looking for a free tool that I use to reset a password on WIndows 10.   The user didn't create a reset disk or anything of that nature when windows was first installed.  Any help would be awesome.

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

I agree with the above, and I have used Pogostick before and it works well. You been to prepare a bootable USB key and may have to disable Secure Boot in BIOS first
