Not all emails are coming to firewall.

I am using google app domain. Problem is that all mails are not delivering. If I send 10 mails, two or three are not delivering. Checked at firewall end. If any mail is coming to firewall, that get delivered. No issue with firewall side. error message is

The recipient server did not accept our requests to connect. Learn more at https://support.google.com/mail/answer/7720  generic::failed_precondition: connect error (0): error]


There was a temporary problem delivering your message to abc@xyz.com. Gmail will retry for 22 more hours. You'll be notified if the delivery fails permanently.

Mails from all other domain are delivering. Only with one domain(google domain) has this problem.
Please help.

aspmx3.googlemail.com
aspmx4.googlemail.com
aspmx5.googlemail.com
We checked all end and guessing problem is google side.

Have you checked your spam filter configuration and blacklist?

This depends on a few things.

1) For the message in question. State whether you're sending your message from Gmail or a local email client.

2) State the exact sending email address.

3) State the exact recipient email address.

4) State the exact host setting for your SMTP settings for sending email (will be either gmail or your mail client).

Having all this info, likely someone can debug your entire transaction + may see where the problem exists.

Google server can't understand why it's sending a message to itself, but not from a google domain. This should work (I have my domain on GMail). So it may be an RDS issue, which Google may have to solve internally. You'll have to contact them.
