Cannot get content from postmaster

Dear Experts, we are using Exchange 2016 on-premise, the problem is when users send emails to incorrect addresses, the postmaster showed the error (in details) in MS Outlook but OWA.

The emails are synchronized from OWA to MS Outlook, but there is no content in postmater's email on OWA. Could you please suggest?

Usually OWA is realtime connection and always show data which is available on Server.

For a instance can you change Outlook to online mode and then check if required e-mail is showing or not.

Apart of this can you please attach NDR here?

If you cannot see this in OWA, then you will be stumped! As per above, this is showing you a real time/live view of what is actually in that Mailbox.
