To clarify, I meant to choose 'Edit Individual Documents...' from the 'Finish and Merge' dropdown. Then click OK on the 'Merge to New Document' dialogue. The new document so produced will have all the pages which can be printed in a single job.

I have only one page for my mail merge and I want to print the records on double page. Meaning record 1 and record 2 are back to back on one paper. Right now when I do double page printing, Record 1 will be printed with a blank page as one paper. Anyone know the solution for this?

Mail Merge Printing Issue
