We cannot view pictures when receiving them through outlook 2010

When you save them locally does it work? If not find the file extension type and change the default program this file type opens with

If this is happening just in Outlook and not locally, run a OS update, Office update try again.
If issue still persists try with a different windows logon, then failing that repair the office installation

We tried with office repair,OS update but still facing the same issue...please suggest any other solution

having the issues with for all file extensionn jpg,png and all ....and .i need to do a right click on it every time to view the pictures and select "download pictures"... how do i make it display pictures every time i receive emails with graphics on it?

Is office up to date? Sounds like something is not up to date here.
What happens if you login to OWA and try to open them here?

Office is up to date and now checking through OWA

Tried through OWA but unable to view picture as well, else we need to view click here option to view picture.

What happens when you login as a different user in windows? Do you have the same problems with this new user?
It is something in the affected users profile causing the issue if it works for another user.

I am fairly surprised clearing that download pictures checkbox did not work, also try that with another user if possible please.

Is there any other solution to fix this issue?

They are troubleshooting steps, need to identify if this is a problem with the profile you are using in Windows.
I still do not know what the problem is here.

This issue could be logon specific I.E only affecting one user logging on

Windows having VPN issue as well and made some changed in registry and it got resolved.
