If you are going to develop reports you have to install SSDT for Visual Studio, But you don't need SSDT for your SSRS Reporting Server.

there is silent install of ssrs steps --> 2016 and not 2017.
It's the reasson for that I ask the question, because exe launch is SQLServerReportingServices .exe and not setup.exe like 2016.

yes but it isn't exact for 2017, there is not setup.exe like I say, it's the reason I search to uncompress SQLServerReportingServices .exe.
