Hello and Good Morning Everyone,
I am wondering how we can carry out a manufacture default reset of an iPhone 5S. Everything has been updated and a soft reset has been done by a technical representative of AT&T, but, we are still experiencing issues with it disconnecting when carrying out online and offline activities. Interestingly, we are not having this issue whenever the iPhone 5S is being used for a simply telephone conversation.
Any submitted link or links which illustrate the simply and easy to follow procedures for carrying out this task will be greatly appreciated.
