Voicemail going into wrong mailbox

Hello Experts,
We are using Vicidial version 2.6-381a with Asterisk 1.4.44-VICI, I have strange issue one of my user extension 508 voice mail going into ext 801 voicemail box when using DID but when dial extension 508 it goes into right mailbox of 508, i have checked the user phone settings, DID settings to make sure DID rings and send voicemail to right extension from vicidial gui, here is Dial plan for ext 508 which is setup properly can someone please help me figure this out. Here is a though that your DID maping that has no-answer/busy directing to the wrong mailbox.

exten => 3508,n,Dial(SIP/508&SIP/801&SIP/505&SIP/507&SIP/509,15,Ttr)
If there is an issue with 508, it fails over to 801?
Try switching the order set 505 after 508 instead of 801 and see if it follows, not these calls end up in 505.

Compare this setup to the other extensions.

Thanks Arnold, Your suggestion does make sense but i found the issue was not as i mentioned above the issue was someone else (801) voicemail unavail.wav file some how got copied over to 508 voicemail so 508 voicemail box was playing 801 unavail.wav file instead of 508 and i thought her voicemail is going to someone else (801) mailbox, so it was resolved by just removing unavail.wav from /var/spool/asterisk/voicemail/508 and rerecord new voicemail unavailable message for 508.
