Update my database from mssql 2005 and 2008 to 2014 - doubts

Hello guys

I have some clients in mssql 2005 and 2008 , I want to update them to 2014 but I don't have the idea the impact with tables, functions ,views and store procedures.

Is there any place that I could get those information what changes are between them?

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

MS has a free utility, "Microsoft Data Migration Assistant", that will scan all the databases and tell you of any potential issues.

Just download it from their website for free, install it and run it.  It gives good details on issues and potential issues.  It has basic gui, with limited options, but does it core function very well.
