I own a PC with a printer from hp which is an OfficeJet 8610. I recently had to reinstall the printer drivers and when it finally got installed, it was erroneously installed as a FAX instead of as a printer. Then, I tried to fix this by trying to uninstall the printer driver and re-install it, and each time I did that, (I tried about 3-4 times), it came up as a FAX instead of as a printer with printing capabilities.
Can anyone here on this website explain to me the sequence of steps I must follow to reinstall the printer drivers correctly so that I can print documents with it?
