Outlook 2010 with 2 Exchange Accounts| Exchange 2016 - Second account keeps requiring password every time user launches Outlook

Hello,



We are running Exchange 2016 with current CU.  User is running Outlook 2010 and has an additional Exchange Mailbox added in addition to her own.



Everything works fine, but every time user launches Outlook, she has to type in the password for the second Exchange account even though the option to remember password is selected.  Is there any way to prevent this need for the password to be entered each time?
