I need to write query that only returns key words from one column

I have a query that returns 4 columns but I only want it to return certain key words from one of them (image attached) Is it possible to return a query with only keywords from the third column ie: Compression , Tubigrip

I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

do you mean to return one column (which column to return?) from your table based on a condition against the 3rd column MultilistType?

This is a query for nurses to use to know if a patient has compression bandages ( three separate types of these and Tubigrip) . As you can see from image the top 4 returns have patient with these keywords but all others do not .
