Comparing Cells

Hello Folks,

is it possible to do the following
IN entire ColumnA IF value of each cell not exist in entire ColumnB then highlight value (that wasn't found)
IN entire ColumnB IF  Value of each cell not exist in entire colunmA then highlight value (that wasn't found)

Select whole column A and make a new rule for conditional formatting using the formula given below and set the format as per your choice.
=AND(A1<>"",COUNTIF($B:$B,A1)=0)

Similarly select whole column B and make a new rule for conditional formatting using the formula given below and set the format as per your choice.
=AND(B1<>"",COUNTIF($A:$A,B1)=0)
