is it possible to do the following<br />
IN entire ColumnA <b>IF </b> value of each cell <b>not exist</b> in entire ColumnB then highlight value (that wasn't found)<br />
IN entire ColumnB <b>IF</b> &nbsp;Value of each cell <b>not exist</b> in entire colunmA then highlight value (that wasn't found)<br />
