Outlook rules

I need help with rules on a shared mailbox. These rules must work together:
1. Whenever an email is received in the inbox of the shared mailbox, it should copy the email to personal inbox.
2. Whenever an email is sent from the shared mailbox, it must send a CC  to itself.
3. When one is replying on a forwarded mail in the personal inbox, it should automatically set the shared mailbox as "From" Address.

These changes must be applied to OWA and not just local Outlook.

Thank you in advance!

I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

the problem then would be that, for rule 1 - when replying to an email the sender would be the users own account, and not the shared account - by default.
and with rule #2 - we only need copy for emails sent from the shared account, not personal emails

1. Should be able to do that with a standard rule when a message is received.
2. You can also achieve this by setting an automatic copy on the user account in Exchange.
3. You can't do this. Outlook will always set the "from" address as the mailbox that is active when the message was sent.

To achieve a few of your goals you in Outlook you need to add the shared mailbox as "another exchange account"
File>Account Settings>Account Settings> New...enter the displayName>enter the email address....do not enter any passwords
Let it finish out.  Once you get an outlook credential pop up, enter the credentials of the user that has full/sendas permissions-Do Not enter the credentials of the shared mailbox. Put a check in remember credentials.

Now you can set your rules on this shared mailbox, once you reply it will automatically reply from this shared mailbox as well.
