Exchange 2013 - Outlook Anywhere security

We have an on-premis messaging environment. I believe this doens't support native multi-factor, but is there a 3rd party we can use?

Also, in Exchange can we lock down who we enable OA for?

I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

I do not believe it is possible to enable Outlook Anywhere for just one user.
However in the properties of each mailbox you can enable specific Exchange Services.

Here is one suggestion which is proven to be quite good - Duo.

Hi,

we are using ESET 2FA, but only for ECP, since it is published online.
It can be used for OWA, and also be setup per user, so not all people must use it. You can set it up for VIP users and such.
Setup is very easy and fast, few click and you are ready to go. Code can be generated via mobile application.
