VMWARE I see 2 of my guests with the same name and cannot edit either one

I see 2 of my Centos guests with the same name and cannot edit, or remove from inventory  and most other functions , are greyed out , I am not sure where to look next

Are they are tasks in progress on the VMs, like vMotion, Storage vMotion ?

Time to start vCenter Server, and then Network Management Agents on Host

the above will not affect running VMs.

this is an applicance vcenter , so do I need to ssh into it and what commands do I need to restart the services via commmand line ?

now I am getting a mac conflict , some how one instance became 2 , I have one that I can interact with and one that is all greyed out , maybe I need to consolidate these to but cannot seem to see how to do that
