Configure account lockout policy on member server

Dear Experts

Please can someone assist me in creating an account lockout policy my FTP server?

The server is running Windows Server 2008 R2 and is in a workgroup.

Basically I have been instructed to secure the server after a pen test found various weak spots.

Appreciated an other advice.

If you are using IIS with local user accounts, the above mentioned processes will work
