How to append Osticket reply.

Dear Experts,
I am new to Osticket and looking for a solution if the reply from email by customer can append the existing ticket. Suppose an admin creates a ticket and it is assigned to Ibrahim with email id ibrahimb@mycompany.com. Now when ibrahimb@mycompany.com reply to customer through osticket inferface to customer email customer@gmail.com , the customer replies back to ibrahimb@mycompany.com where ibrahim is getting email in his outlook but the response from customer is not appended to his ticket in osticket interface. I have a question if this task can done by osticket ?
