I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

You can't, they are uninstalled and therefore the uninstallation scripts will be removed.

But the audit guys do retrieve the list of applications which have uninstalled and the installation date.
So I wanted to check on this.

That's done through an Agent, that's not done from windows itself, you'll have some logging application like Splunk that can track that sort of activity, it's not done from within windows itself.
