Help Desk / CRM software

My company is in need of a software that will allow a support ticket to be invoiced.  It will also need to have a remote connection and monitoring capabilities.  It would also need to have quotation and work/sales order capabilities.

I have looked a Zoho One, Comodo One, and Connect Wise.  Connect Wise is too expensive.  Zoho One and Comodo One do everything we need, but not all modules work together.

I need to work within a $500 monthly budget.

I'm not sure of the details, but I would recommend Salesforce.com.  The last time I looked into it, it was $75 per user per month for the mid-level service.  I think that they are the biggest in the CRM software marketplace, but I do not know what all the exact capabilities of their software are.  I would recommend giving them a call.
