SQL 2017 ssms query windows tabs

SQL 2017 ssms
How do I just show table name or view name in a tab   when I'm designing a table or a view?
Instead of    -->Server Name\Instance Name \ Database Name \ Table Name  (See graphic)

I Have gone to Options\ Text Editor\ Editor tab and Status Bar and setting the "Tab Text" to False (see graphic) solved the problem with tabs where I am typing an SQL statement, however if I'm designing a table or a view I get
-->Server Name\Instance Name \ Database Name \ Table Name  (See graphic)

Thanks in advance for any help.

I don't think that's possible. The idea is for you to know at anytime in which database and schema are you working.
Just for curiosity, why is that so important for you?

Quite often I have 7 or 8 tabs open and I want to immediately go to tab 1 (a table for the sake of argument) and then go back to tab 7 (a View for the sake of argument.

It is SELDOM that I'm working with multiple Servers / Instances / Databases at the same time.

if in design mode you do get to see the full name across the very top
and if you hover over the tab, it does show the name...
or go to windows drop down...

otherwise, the actual name on the tab is predetermined.
the options you display are for the footer, not the header

You might be able to add extended properties to designpane but that will be *involved* and never tried it to expose a tab name.
